With between 1 and 25 users based at one location or multiple locations using Microsoft Office, potentially some industry-specific software, and up to two servers.  

Medium Businesses

With between 25 and 200 users, who's IT support requirements can be anything from just as simple as a small network but with more users, to comparably complex IT infrastructures spread out over multiple, possibly international sites.

Large / Enterprise Businesses

Whilst IT Genie is entirely focused on support for small and medium sized businesses, this doesn't mean we only deal with simple requirements. Our customers are typically organisations with between 1 and 500 employees.  We have gained extensive expertise in delivering IT solutions to customers with existing in-house IT resources and complex needs.

All our staff and operations are based in the UK and we never subcontract. You will be assigned a named support engineer, and we pride ourselves on the high level of support we offer.  

Whilst we have categorised our support packages based on the size of your business, our experience tells us, however, that sometimes a relatively small business can have unusually complex IT Systems, more akin to those of a Medium sized business. Similarly, a Medium sized business can have very simple IT Systems, no more complex than those typically found in smaller businesses, and so on.
