We find many support requests can be best dealt with remotely. In some cases these requests may be technical problems or simply users needing advice on how to operate specific Microsoft software packages such as Word or Excel, or perhaps needing a blackberry or other mobile device configured.

When you call us for support or advice your call will be answered by one of our dedicated helpdesk operators. Your support request will be evaluated and you will be advised if  the problem can be handled remotely or, if nescessary, we will book in an engineer for an on-site response.

When we audit your systems, we place an asset tag with a unique reference number on each piece of equipment. When your users call in, our remote helpdesk operators have full access to any information they may need regarding that user's computer or printer, etc.

Where nescessary, we use special software that allows us to access the user's desktop to resolve problems or demonstrate to the user how to perform a specific task within a Microsoft or other software package. 

For larger organisations we can work alongside existing IT depatments to provide a fully outsourced helpdesk service with dedicated numbers and bespoke SLAs.  This can be on a long-term or holiday cover basis.
