We have developed a variety of fixed price comprehensive Proactive Support Packages specifically designed to meet the needs of smaller companies.  Our packages provide peace of mind that comes with knowing everything is looked after and maintained regularly in order to minimize frustrating down-time and that help is at hand promptly when things do go wrong.

Your assigned / named engineer will analyze and audit your existing systems first, presenting his/her findings and recommendations to you.  He/she  will then work with you to ensure your IT Infrastructure works effectively for you by performing  periodic on-site maintenance.  When things do go wrong we will be on-site with you within the hour if you need it.  We will also work with you to ensure that as your business grows your IT systems develop at the required pace and continue to be effective.

Support packages feature the following benefits;

  1. All packages are based on a 12 month contract.
  2. 'On Demand' services are charged at the prevalent hourly rate. We do not charge for Travel time, and billing is based on time spent on-site or on telephone / remote support.
  3. You will be assigned a named engineer responsible for meeting all your support needs.
  4. Your engineer will first perform a Full IT Systems Audit,  presenting  and documenting their findings and recommendations to you.  He/she will then discuss with you how to make your IT Infrastructure work effectively for you within your specific budgetary limitations.
  5. Whilst our packages include remote and telephone support, and many issues can be resolved this way, we believe that for those cases that cannot be resolved remotely, timely on-site response is essential.   Our Proactive packages include varying amounts of guaranteed on-site response within the hour, the day, or the week, with no travel / callout fees. React customers may request on-site callouts for a small additional call out fee in addition to the relevant hourly charge.
  6. Your engineer will also work with you to ensure that as your business grows, your IT systems develop at the required pace and continue to be effective.
  7. All suport packages cover standard business hours support (9 am to 5 pm m-f). We can provide extended hours / out-of-hours support where needed, and our advisors will be happy to quote you based on your specific needs.
